Connecticut Animal Control Officer of the Year Award
In 250 words or less, please tell us why someone you know should be the CT Animal Control Officer of the year.

Please note the following:

• Nominees do not have to be members of the CT Municipal Animal Control Officers Association.
• Nominees must be currently employed in the animal control (municipal or state, full- or part-time) or humane law enforcement field.
• Any feats, acts of heroism, or achievements should be accompanied by some form of verifiable documentation.
  
• You may not nominate yourself.

Animal Control Volunteer of the Year Award
In 250 words or less, please tell us why someone you know should be the Animal Control Volunteer of the year. The only requirement is that the person must not be paid for the work performed. Please include verifiable documentation if possible.
